How much do I love you?
How much love can there be?
You ask me if my love is real
And how do I know
I only know I love you more
Each day that comes along
You are there, here with me
Apart by distance together in love
I want you to know, so it is very clear
You have become my one and only dear
So my love I tell you my feelings deep
That you are with me even in my sleep
Images of you are with me every night
As my longings and dreams take flight
As I fall asleep whispering your name
Do you think it’s a joke?
Here I go falling in love again
In poetry, I try to show you my love
You’re written on my heart
And on my inner walls
It is so very strange but true
So my dear remember these words
Our words of love will always be heard
You live half continent away
But this distance will never matter
I can feel your love from afar
I write my words so you may see more clearly
What you mean to me, all that you are
I try to paint you a picture of my heart
With words, which is the only way I know
You read the words, this I know you do
But listen to them as well
There is more behind them, if you can see
A story of my love for you they tell
It is my destiny and fate
That I must wait
Until were together
Soon it won’t be just a dream
I’ll hold you in my arms
You’ll speak those words of love
And I’ll taste all your charms

Love knows no boundaries or distance, because a heart that calls to another is always heard by that person, I don't know how but it is a feeling one gets when they are in love. This is such a lovely piece full of emotion and hope. Love, Chez

I love the picture you used on your poem it is very pretty.I am looking for a poem to say the right words to my boyfriend and this is exactly what am looking for. My fave lines are

My...My...My, this is so a beautiful poem
You touch my heart with this piece because it reflects the love in my life. I have a long distance love as well that is 10,000 miles away. We have long for one another for so very long and our love is so strong. I finally get to unite with her this May. I awaiting this moment that will be the best moment in my life. Your poem brought tears in my eyes. i wish you the very best with the love you share that is far away.
