Sunflowers are golden in the fall
Bright and sunny
As the red tear drops fall on the petals
Covers the bright happiness
As you try to clean it more fall
Leaving stains
As the flower grows old and falls apart
Heart falls in broken pieces
Flower used up and dim
Heart washed up and dead
Nothing you could do
Both had to disappoint
They tried
But failed

Beautifully painful.
Oh this is so sad and beautiful. I feel all the pain seeping through this write. Sunflowers can be so beautiful and then look so diffrent when they begin to wilt.
