Astrology

Come my child lay down
And look upon these stars
Did you know they are gods up their
Just looking down at us

That's the big dipper
If you follow those two stars
You'll see the little dipper
And find the northern star

Astronomy is the study
Of the heavens above
Astrology the story's
Of the shapes in the stars

Their is Orions Belt
And their his mighty sword
He is a might gaint
Protecting us all

There's Aries, and Sagittarius
Taurus the bull
Can you make out the shapes
Let's try a few more

Over their is Gemini
They call them the twins
Over there is Scorpio
And Aquarius is the age we're in

So let's do this again
Trace the stars with our fingers
Lets count the kings and gods we find
On a crisp cool winters night

Very cute, a wonderful write to for the children. I will have to share this one with my son he loves to study the heavens. We use to spend hours trying to find the different shapes of the signs. He could find the big dipper before I could. Very sweet right.
