i do think a more creative and well-suited title for this poem would be "All I can Do is Love you" seeing as Love Hurts is a bit cliche and unoriginal...

I love the way you adress that said person may not love you but you keep holding on to that person, even when they hurt you. This is really beautiful and a nice thing for a guy to give to a girl
