A car whizes by, honking its horn,
My cardboard box shakes from the vibration.
The cat purs and lays her head on my legs.
I turn, and find a position to rest,
On the dark and damp ground.
And I close my eyes.
But before I drift into my makebelieve land,
I whisper,
"This is where I belong"
