and have all the answers
when everything was black n white
instead of varying shades of grey

and be able to pass judgment
on things never seen
on a life not yet lived

naive and reckless
decisions easy
from the lack of wisdom
oh to be young again
and not know what i know now
for knowing brings jadedness
knowledge brings pain
oh to be young again
because ignorance is bliss
and bliss is a state of mind
reserved solely for the young
