What Softness Love

What softness love, does cover you
And warms this heart, so bright and true
What caring smile, would not arise
From a simple glance, with such eyes
What silent charm, should I compare
To sing your beauty, fine and rare

What softness love, I would embrace
To set alight, upon your face
What treasure lost, could least endure
To taste of lips, so crimson pure
What tender hand, would not invite
To rest upon, such given light

What softness love, what softness love
That I might, no may, hold above
What softness love, what softness love
That I could dream, in desire of
What softness love, what softness love

No promise would, no pledge too high
To break these chains, nor their reply
No gown worn lucid, in thy warm bed
To shear each breath, in thy loving stead
O What softness love, what softness love

What softness love...

interesting thoughts and yes, I long for things like this. But somewhere along the way, I lost view of the white knight and white stallion. It is nice to see someone who still believes in this. Thank you for this wonderful piece.

    Smile and Sigh...

Now that can turn a woman's head, heart and maybe even open any door you want.

      sigh...

      It often takes a sigh
      To soften up a smile
      Or catch a woman's eye
      If only for a while...
