The Unforgiving Stone

quietly, silently, swiftly,
scared you walk alone.
you hear that dreaded word,
a too familiar tone.

your soul tightens, eyes water,
teeth clench in fear.
they hate who you are, who you love,
your lifestyle too obscure,

the bell sound, sweet freedom rising,
until tomorrow, torment just for living.
then you feel something hard hit your head,
no mercy, unforgiving.

interesting take on being different in school, but then it comes acrossed as being cliche...you have a strong vocabulary to draw upon, and the mental capacity to displace and replace words, use that ability. This is good, but that is all, it is just good it did not "blow me away".

Beautiful and sad. Full of lonliness and despair. I love it ... best of luck to you
