I have a pet staffy
That’s really quite daffy
He’s been eating his tail for awhile
And we had to have it cut off.
To eat a bone
We must take off the cone
That is kept around his collar
But what do you know
As soon as it goes
He now just does it for show
There’s nothing there
Its really quite bare
He doesn’t have any hair
That’s really quite daffy
He’s been eating his tail for awhile
And we had to have it cut off.
To eat a bone
We must take off the cone
That is kept around his collar
But what do you know
As soon as it goes
He now just does it for show
There’s nothing there
Its really quite bare
He doesn’t have any hair
Author notes
the sad thing about this is the fact it is the truth. 2 operations in the last fortnight and still he is chasing his tail (well backside really.tail is bout an inch long). Now the dogs on calming drugs but still doesnt stop. they should have given me the drugs to cope with the insanity

oh my!
What a crazy dog. That is so sad! I hope he and you feel better and more calm soon. A very nice write with a great flow. -
ROFLMAO, BTDTGTS sis!!! I agree, gimme da drugs, maing, they are happy chasing what isnt there!! Had one dog literally chewed himself to death, sadly, but no drugs or anythin got him to stop so we had to put him down, poor thing But this one certainly puts a funny spin on an otherwise crazy franctic situation !!! Loved it and yes, a small suggestion... the rhyming scheme is a tad off but it still seems to flow very well any way!!

This was a fun and interesting write.
Have faith in your animal companion.
Perhaps something is bothering your dog hence the reason of biting and chewing at his tail.
I wish your dog well and hope that he gets better.
Take care.
