Wilting white lily in a single vase
Tear stained pillows litter the floor of a room
A record playing over and over
The side window open, allowing a breeze in
Dreary rain falls along the ground
The smell of the cleanliness
I'll wonder from my destruction to freedom
Stepping lightly over the depression
Through the old oak door
The goddesses tears falling along my skin
Trying to cleanse me of this pain
Lifting my arms to the rain, I close my eyes
Allowing her into my heart and soul
A slight smile across a weary face
Soaked to the skin,
I forget the world around
Spinning, my mind in a fantasy
The demons in my spirit at rest
Escaping my reality, if only for a moment
No one to pull me back into the destruction
Light footsteps across the road
Fantasy fading away
Eyes watching me, my vulnerability
Afraid I move to flee
You wrap me into your arms,
my heart slowing down
Such warmth, such calm security
On the edge of letting go
To trust you would be my sin
For I break my one rule above all
Can you love the dark goddess, the phoenix, the ice queen?
See past my facade, through my veils of deciet
Buried here with you I want to remember love
To perfectly love and trust
To love as thou wilt, no matter the pain
End of the suffering inside us both
My hands shake, holding tightly to the fabric
My tears of shame spread across your chest
The vulnerability visiable,
I don't want to ever let go
The dark hate inside dwindles away
The raging fire of vengence calms itself
The ice begins to melt away with the rain
My soul breaks free of its chains
Kiss me and I will be yours forever
Show me you want to love me
for everything I am inside and out
And I will protect you with my life
Wilting white lily in a single vase
Asks, do you dare to love me
Can you dare to love someone like me
Can you love danger and passion in its purest form?

White is a beautiful shade, so very many ways you can take it like you've said. I love snowdrops and lilies that are whtie, they are so pretty.
