If I only had a brain

He wanted fun and cheer
and women and beer
so he joined up to see the world.
He found rum and sun
And old comrades
And fell for an Albino girl.

I warned him no
Told him to go
His friends said no for sure.
But his heart did bleed
He found new friends
And they said son she's yours.

So he wined and dined
Cut through slabs of lime
To find her a ring of pearl.
He cut the slack
Left the pub on his back
For this Albino girl.

She said scrub up,
She said no drinks,
And no more of your friends of old.
He cleaned up,
He drank no more,
And left us in the cold.

Then one day she called
He stayed away
She started to panic and fuss.
She called the police
Who never found him
BECAUSE HE WAS DOWN THE PUB WITH US.
