A tiny sapling that was planted on this land
Mother Veronica nurtured it with her mystic hand
Little leaves of determination, buds of conviction
and love
With showers of blessings received from above
It grew day by day in the sunshine so bright
It bore fruits of values- wisdom, faith and light
Slowly it blossomed into a huge big tree
Carmel- a temple of learning for many like me
Its horizon is where the sea meets the blue sky
In every sphere it’s rising so high
Joys, laughter, triumphs and cheers
The chromatic brilliance of 50 golden years!!

Well,this poems dedicated to my school, Carmel on the occasion of its 50th anniversary. I thank the Al mighty for having blessed me with this school, that has being shaping my personality for the past 12 years.
