Could It Be

Could it be that sleet
Is GOD'S crying tears of sadness,
Could it be that rain
Are his flowing tears of gladness

Could it be that wind
Is GOD calling out to me,
Could it be that a storm
Is when he's so angry he cannot see

Could it be that snow
Is GOD reminding us to be pure,
Could it be that AIDS
Is his plague, where there is no cure

Could it be that hail
A miracle in itself,
Could be GOD'S way of saying
Grab your Bible right off of that shelf

Could it be that the four seasons
Winter, summer, spring and fall,
Gives us four chances to play
In each one, we can have a ball

Could it be a tornado
Whirling and spinning like a top,
Is a sign from our GOD
That he wants us all to stop

    I Really like this poem

I really liked this poem and thought your scenerio's of what God could be thinking was insightful - could be so true - so true. Sure makes one think doesn't it!

    this is very interesting

i like your words, they seem to say
the weathers will, Gods hand at play
with that being said, I'd like to go
cleanse myself, in neck deep snow
but that won't work, i'll get to cold
no easy route, lifes spiritual gold

Hm... I do not share your image of god. But - it is a very nice poem about your view. I would maybe change the GOD in HE. All in all, good job, keep it up,

    The signs of God,
    the newborn fawn,
A crimson sun at the dawn of a new day
the waters falling from cascading fountain
MY god is not an anagry god he is a loving god
peace to you and have faith in his grace

Signs! Signs! & More Signs! From God We Often Ignore!

Very relatable questions. My friend you've done a great job. God sends us so many signals & signs & we humans turn our faces away not even trying to make a little effort to realize what Higher powers want from us & no wonder today's world is cold & cruel & because few people like you take the burden of most of us to realize this earth still exists. Thanks so much for upliftment & making us think what signals mean & hopefully human race can realize & make this world a better place to live. Very thoought Provoking & Inspiring. Thanks for sharing this wonderful piece.
