Lovely

graceful water

fowl shimmering atop

glassy mirrors of silhouettes

Gentle ripples embrace

feathered down of

formed

female beauty

Swim to me and embrace

a journey of surrealness and

a new covenant true

Tranquil waters

reflect

the destinies

of future flights anew

 Pearl white Swans inevitably

admire your lovliness

yet your presence

remains

beside me still

Paddle with me crossing

multiple lakes and pond water

flowing deeply within

hidden abyss

Currents

calmly decide

generations which nest

Warm eggshells cracking open

to free our young gosling

They have your looks

    I was asked to check your links (some of us are having problems) and happily was able to open and read this jewel! So glad I happened upon this. It's gorgeous! It's not often one sees a cinquain swirl, let alone one of this caliber. Such vivid imagery, and well chosen words. Centering the poem even added to the "stone-in-the-pond" reflection effect. A truly beautiful write, indeed. One worthy of all the accolades! Bravo!

    This is magical. It swims in the mind of the reader. You have done an eloquent job with this form my friend. This is s superb work of word-art. The poem actually ripples in my heart.     WOW! This is beautiful! I mean that in every possible way it could be meant. I have written quite a few of this form.. and I know it is a bit challenging... but it is indeed worth the labor. This worked so well for this round! I am truly impressed... this is by far one of the top writes this week.. POWERFUL!!!!!

      I am about out of energy here from this fever ~

      After a few attempts at this form, it seems to get easier with each write ~

      We need to win this round to keep a good buffer between us and the females ~

      I may be going back in the hospital again if I can't crack this 3 week fever....AIDS related, so it's a common thing this time of year....just seems to be worse than any other I have ever experienced in the past 14 years since being diagnosed positive ~
