To every Parent who's child is too far.

Who just want someone just like them.
To every soul born into a backwards body.
To every one who has less than the best.
I see you.
To every child who has ever cried in the dark.
To every one who fears the light.
To every soul who reaches for what's not there.
I see you.
To every one who had ever been tricked into conformity.
To everyone who has lost love because they spoke their minds.
To every romantic who can't be satisfied with modern standards.
I see you
To every escapist, who believes in more than mundane life.
To every dreamer, who was never understood.
To every victim of cruel humanity.
I see you.
To everyone who has ever been hurt.
I see you.
I hear you.
And I love you all.
You are never alone.

I sit in front of my computer and I am choking on emotions I can't place. And they must have been sparked from the grace of your poetry, blatant but nonetheless intense. I love this because it is not like the rest of the poems entered in this contest. It isn't about romance, but the acceptance of a human being and the beauty of the soul (or that's what I found). I feel alone much of the time now, but you, your words, they make me think that someone does care, that there are people in the world who are not ignorant or blind to the people with imperfections, the real people who feel pain. I really love this and I want to give you a hug now. Thank you for entering.

Wow...I REALLY like this. Perhaps a bit simple, but a very good message indeed. And the way it's simply stated makes it believable. Great job!
