Something that means a lot to someone
I have in my hands that very symbol to give
Now on this day close your eyes there baby
Grasp onto this tenderly and a single rose is given
Looking into your eyes I can see that you're smiling
Everything that symbolizes love it's there for you
Right now take a real good look into my eyes
Of many things to me, this is very important
Something that means love, it's being said here
Especially when I want to kiss the lips on your face
I love you so much and your love is precious to me
Something that I'll truly cherish for all eternity
Gazing once more into your eyes, this happened to me
I felt a feeling that I haven't felt there for ages
Very special was that rose , for it represented beauty
Especially for the first time I saw you, I'm in awe
Now knowing as a single rose is given,that solidified my love

alas, I like tiny lillys..lilly-of-the -valley. I find roses very common, but the poem was lovely.
