Shunned and unloved she looks for solace
Heaven seems to have abandoned her today
Especially when she didn't do anything wrong
Its a day that troubles her and a decision
Something that will affect her for the rest of her days
A person will make many travels in their lives
Time to sort out all the sights...places...people
That is important for she needs contact...a new beginning
Hoping that maybe she won't be abandoned anymore
Everything hinges now on how the emotions are worn
Taking that very emotion to the forefront today
Holding to the heart that feeling for it's important
Right now the changes are overwhelming and misunderstood
Everything seems to be different and tensions are building
Something that humanity had denied her for ages
Hoping that there's some place where compassion is welcomed
Or how many places remain that there's no price for friendship
Let this be known here...if she looks right over here today
Destiny's calling and the door of opportunity's opening
Now that's a decision that she has to make...it's not easy
On this day she has to take that necessary step to survive
She is at the threshold now...a chance in life is necessary

My favorite lover man
David you're one of my favorite lovermen...if you ever decide to change your pen it should be everywomanslover or favoriteloverman, that fits you perfect and I bet i could get enough women behind me on that. I just love your mind and heart and your soul and especially the beautiful way you think about women. In such a short time I sure am fond of you (not in a flirty way because I would never disrespect your girlfriend - this is agape) your a beautiful man and poems like this prove it. Think of me as your AP Sista.

behind door no 1: a trip to europe
behind door no 2: a new car
but behind door no 3: a friend
one that will take her on her hearts journeys...
go for the friend!
forego the trip or the car! -

Nicely done, and I liek the speaker-tone of the poem. It is soon the day the door is lfung open and either we will stay here and continue or we will walk through that door and be changed..... The threshold...indeed....which door do we take...#1, #2, #3?
Well done. -

Interesting...we can also see what's behind the curtain...how life is treated like a game show today...there's an old saying...when one door closes, another one opens...thank you so much for the response...smile...hugs and love, David
