All I want is someone,
That one
That special one,
To snuggle with at night,
And cuddle with in the day.
Someone to take care of me,
To help me,
And tell me when to stop drinkin'.
To tell me when I need my insulin.
Someone to be with me when I'm affraid,
To embrace me when I cry,
To laugh with me in times of joy,
And someone I can do the same for.
Someone to hold hands with,
Talk about the little nothings with,
And the big somethings too.
And when no one's around sneaks kisses with.
Someone I can cook for,
Clean for,
Work for,
Live for,
And love.
So, where is mine?
Why don't I have a someone?
Why can't I have what I want for once?
Because...
It's not in the cards for me.
