Blue

Many are the shades of blue

Though these are the ones I love the best.

Midnight blue skies empty of all the stars but one

Twinkle on mighty star and shine brightly above me.

Marine blue the color of the deep ocean water

The home of fish, whales, sharks and even tiny starfish.

Many are the shades of blue

Though the blue I feel over you has no shade at all.
