Remember the reason for this season,
an infant mild born so long ago.
God so loved this World he sent,
his only begotten Son to show.
Through his sacrifice and suffering,
to deliver us from our sins he died.
A golden life was taken from him,
Though Lord can hardly now see why!
One so tender and mild he came to us,
an innocent King of Kings Proclaimed.
Blessed is in the giving not expecting much,
keeping him alive in remembrace of the same.

Profound and True!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a wonderful tribute to Christ who just by his birth hasgiven us so much hope and peace, and through his death the promise of health and wealth and most of all eternal life to the glory of his father!!! I love the back ground it is quite magical!! It kind of gives me the impression of the starry sky on the night Jesus was born! You have captured the story well with the imagery and your choices of words here. Great job!! Thank you so much for sharing this write!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Toni -
A nice piece- I'm not religious so I guess it isn't my kind of thing- neither is the rhyme. But it is pretty and nice to see some people haven't lost the true meaning of christmas.

BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN!
We often forget just what the meaning is these days, we go out and spend so much money on things that in a few short weeks or months will be forgotten. The most lasting things that stay forever are not bought with money but with our hearts.

Dear Suseann, such a lovely presentation with the nativity scene and snow! The message was even lovelier because you defined the true meaning of Christmas. Christ is the reason! Beautiful! Thank you for sharing. ♥ Belle

Suseann,
Beautifully written, This is the second one I've read today on the true meaning of Christmas. Shows what its really about and it will either humble, teach, or remind if not all your message within this of truth.
