America the land of freedom
God watch over us
We are free to have abortions
Even though I think it's wrong
We are free to protest
Though it hurts our soldiers pride
But then agian it is something they love
And for your rights, they will gladly die
We are free to love
And free to break a heart
We are free to worship
And free to just say No
Freedom is alive and well
In the good ole USA
We are free to say what ever we want
Even if it doesn't make to much sense
We are free to find happiness
We are free to live were we want,
Free to die so other are free
And free to stay home and not fight if we please
Freedom ends only when
What you want effects
the freedom of someone else
And not always then
Not being able to do somethings
is only limited by that one thing
You are free to do anything as long as you
don't step on the feet of the people around you.
Not only is freedom alive
and well in the USA
Freedom is the one thing
I would Die to preserve

I believe we have more fredom in the USA today then in any other time in world history, To much perhaps. God has truely blessed us it is up. to us to do our best with this blessing

Hi Charlie, you should be proud of the freedom you have in America, but we have to be true for the people who haven't got it. you said in your poem that you would die to preserve your freedom...well in honesty i have two brothers shot dead in ireland for the want of freedom. so yes, your poem was nice and patriotic i like this but not everyone has the same view babe. good luck.

fantastic write, we have been so blessed in America. I love the fact that we aren't perfect but we are Free. I like you would die to protect that freedom, as next to giving birth to my children serving my country where I am free to serve God was the greatest honor I have ever had.
