passing by in their penguin like restrained profiles
pretending their prostitution to corporations of their personalities
precludes any priority in the other of passion's preferences.
Pre-adult ignorance do they sense that my youthful portrait paints
pausing the steps of many by presuming my orbs see nothing profound
prejudicially preferring instead to pander to the profit prophets' palate
predictably preaching to themselves as wisdom only what is practical.
Poignancy pleading silently bleeds so profusely
pontificated in denial's public proclamations
presuming order and conformity preclude more precious pearls
primed in the more spiritual press of philanthropic paths.
Petitions of promise always please the social puppeteer's practice
pungently punishing my barely pubescent presence
polluting precarious souls into becoming moral phantoms and poltergeists
prolifically producing a pilgrim's passage to pall's pathetic plateau.
Pronouncements prospering by my mentally piercing points
prepare a few for seeing in them possibilities as portent,
pillows preserving through slumber for others their pained present
panic felt in their frowns from hearing my pavement philosophy.

I don't know why, but I could add this image to the poem. So I left the link instead.

Nice entry. I liked the idealism that hid beneath the alliteration. my favorite line was:
Petitions of promise always please the social puppeteer's practice
Good luck in the contest. -
Poignant and profound employment of the partial produced P. The tongue-twisting trip tutors one in the unpleasant perils of prejudice. I like how you have knowledge nesting with youth while with age we seem to lose self to structure.

i'm amazed
I think you misunderstood my rules, but you did not break them.. you didn't need to use so many words that start with "p," but it's cool that you did.
I don't know exactly what to say about your poem because you just stunned me. Wow, is really all I can say.
Thanks for entering, good luck! -
-
Actually, I knew I didn't have to use so many words with P, but once I got started, I just couldn't stop. Sort of like eating peanuts or potato chips. Um, darn, there I go with the P's again. Anyway, I do appreciate you great comment.

Hahaha...oh lordz...have you ever seen V for Vendetta? This should be P for Pounding the Pavement.
I love your work. *nods* That last line really put a smile on my face. Bravo, my friend. *bows to your mastery of the P*

What could I do, P was the letting I was given to use in the contest. So I didn't want to take any chances, by not making sure I used it enough. Thanks for the great comment and glad to hear from you again.
