As each day goes by, I find myself thinking of nothing...nothing but you.
But these feelings didn't just come out of the blue.
The things I like about you go way beyond the surface,
Its almost like whenever I'm with you my life actually has a purpose.
When we are apart, I spend most of my time wishing you were there with me,
Just to gaze at your smile or await the right moment to give you this key.
Not just any key, oh no.
This key to my world only goes to that very special person, not friend nor foe.
Do what you will with these roses but consider what was said,
for you were in no way, shape or form misled.
And now here is my secret,
a very simple secret,
it is invisible to the eyes and only appears to your heart....
I loved you always and your life i wish to be apart.

This is a really sweet poem. I would love to get a poem like this from my boyfriend it is a very good write. I love the flow it has and it all really fit well togather. I feel like I have to point out that in the first line "As each day goes by, I find myself thining of nothing...nothing but you. " thining should be thinking. I'm guessing you were just writing alittle to fast. Other then that I love this piece. I think this has everything a sweet and loving poem should have. Great write !
