Looking Back at Me

What do I see looking back at me?

You see long brown hair, with red highlights
I see a long mane of wild hair that he loves to run his fingers through

You see a round face with hazle eyes and a crocked smile
I see a flawless face with smoldering eyes and a come and get me grin.

You see an over weight, aging frump of a person
I see a lady with some meat on her bones

You see a cook, taxi driver, and maid
I see a chef, chauffeur and the Brady Bunch's Alice

You see me as his wife
I see me as his lover.

Just enjoy

'Chufuor' should be 'chauffeur' (I'm a pedant) This is a good poem, I like how you showed the different ways of viewing you.
    Thanks for your comment

This is very sweet. It's lovely that you still see each other with so much admiration and love. Many marriages will fail in the first five years, yet there are some marriages that continue to burn love's embers far into the twilight years.
