~~ Sweet Dreams~~

Missing image
I'll dream sweet dreams of indigo nights
With dancing stars above
I'll soar and kiss the lips of moonlit trees
And wrap myself in arms of love
The whispering wind will sing a song for me
Throughout all the night
I will rest here in my own hidden world
Till darkness turns to night~

When the sun calls out to me
Telling me it's time to raise my head
I'll leave my dreams of indigo nights
Tucked far beneath my bed~

The breeze sweet song of happiness
Will slowly fade away
With dancing stars still in my eyes
Will blend in with the light of day~

So beautiful and sad as well. I feel the longing for the night, and having to put it away and face the day. Dream land gives peace, love, and comfort. I love the imagery and emotion...makes me feel it too. Hugs.

Susan... this is one of your best, Hun... the imagery amazes me... the feeling is rather lonely... yet so beautiful.
With dancing stars still in my eyes
Will blend in with the light of day... this is the perfect ending for this piece.
