To The End

Oh, sweet neverending love,
I dreamt of you in life,
But never did I think I'd have you.
Oh, gentle loving eyes,
Once did I read your thoughts
But never did I read the ones of me
Oh, amazing caring arms,
I felt your warmth in sleep,
But never did I think I'd feel them for real.

Oh, undeserving heart,
Once I thought I'd never have you
But here you are with me.
Oh, cold selfish soul,
All the times I tried to make you see
But finally your affection took place
Oh, torn & worn away love,
I once never thought I'd fix you,
But here you are put together in my arms.

Oh, heavenly bliss,
I once never felt anything but numbness
But you have taught me to feel again.
Oh, splendid remorse,
Never once did I feel you would forgive me,
But here you are wiping away the black tears.
Oh, succulant compassion,
Once I thought you would be no more,
But here you are.
Mine.
Forever.
In life & In death.
To the end.
