Bathroom Scrapbook

"If you want a good time
call 201 555 7190
ask for Carly"
"Make love.. not war"
"John 3:16
live by that verse
and the world will be yours"
"This is the one place
where everyone no matter what religion
must eventually visit"
Pictures of things
and a list of school whores
and all the guys
every girl should avoid
all of these things
on one stall
the very act of writing
on this space
is against the school's rules
yet everyone has done it
at least once
providing advice
venting frustrations
or a witty remark
all on a bathroom stall

Please tell me what you think

Wow, this is really creative. I enjoyed reading it.
I liked this scrawl on the stall the best: "This is the one place
where everyone no matter what religion
    must eventually visit".

It's the same and much worse in Men's public restrooms, too...Fuck, I learned how to cuss by reading the walls of the stalls...By the way, you didn't see my name and phone number in there, by chance???...(j/k )...I like this, a unique muse and a very excellent view on society...

You did a nice job writing this poem but I am not sure if it exactly fits the contest. You were supposed to be the one writing on the bathroom stall, and instead you wrote about observing the writings.

now this one is really cute,
    and also very true.
i haven't been in the school bathroom stall
in a very long time, but i must be honest
i do remember leaving a note or two on the wall.
    again a well written write.

This really is a unique write..... I like the way you started this with phrases.... then continued on with the approach of describing bathroom scribbling.... LOL at least it gives us something to read while on the throne...
You have titled this well Bathroom Scrapbook... such truth and fits this poem well

Very well done for the contest! Good flow and view, leaving one with the feeling of been there done that.
A very real view of what is there.
So many different opinions in one place. It makes you wonder if everyone writes there, because they are told not too.
    Good Job!
