Me and this beauteous shining light
Me and this wonderous song
Me and this rythmical swoon of breath
This feeling I deeply belong
This impeccable feeling of joy that I feel
This splendid love and contentment
When my heart is enraptured completely
This peaceful, serene, fulfillment
Freedom of wings expanded
Souring on waves of tranquility
On entering that door within
I know at once the divinity
All this and more I find within
In that glorious realm of the heart
A wealth so close I could hardly believe
It lies inside myself
Oh search the highest mountain peaks
And ford the mountain streams
Polish Aladins golden lamp
To find how brightly it gleams
Do what you must to find the place
From where you can begin
It's all but a fleeting dream
Compared to
The mystical Kingdom Within
Please tell me what you think

SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!
The most beautiful things in this world cannot be seen and enjoyed until one sees the beauty within their own heart and soul first.
Amazing poem my friend.

Thanks Marianne,
It's a wonder you could even see the poem. I just wiped it out while I was trying to make the text bold, and had to type it all again. I'm like an autistic child.~ When things change it really muddles me.
Peace and joy, Tara

Thanks for dropping by Doug. I was in a bit of a flap yesterday due to all the changes. The poem has been edited and perfected since your visit. I feel embarrassed about it's state when you read it. You said such nice things too. Maybe you could have another read. Hee hee.
Love
Tara
