He loved her
She held his soul

Both a piece of each other
Together they were wholly beautiful
Apart there was always something missing
When she left him alone in this world
She took a piece of his heart with her
Now as he walks this earth
Day after day
He carries a piece of her
Keeping her alive
Keeping her love alive
Giving her hope to others
Giving her peace to others

this poem is for my new dear friend Poet-of-the-shadows...this is for you and your "friend" i wrote this with the feelings you showed me so i guess it is as much yours as it is mine....i know no one could do her justice as you could but i tried i hope you enjoy it
