Moment in time
Came too in my life
I asked to, love myself
Know not how, I repeated

To me a feeble voice whispered
Once you look beyond
What you see in the mirror reflected
Your body disfigured
Through cracked mirror
Showing your physical appearance distorted
It’s also showing you on the flipside
Your image contained within
Crying out loud
On your deafened ears
You choice to disregard
But it can’t be ignored; you can run but can’t hide
It was not fault of yours
Stop hurting yourself
For you’re killing me too inside
True, your body was violated
With it your spirit was tainted
Your own shadow left you in the dark
But what wrong have I done
Who gave you the right to bruise me so bad?
Please let me be free from pain
You’re damaged; I’m hurt as it is
You forgave your past
The one who spoiled you
For him you even prayed
God please let him, his sins be pardoned
Now, is the time, all I beg you to notice
Point in time has come to be excused
