Jingle jangle, hear the bells
Announcing Santa's sleigh
Little Suzie listened close
"Yeah, Santa's on the way"
No clickety clack upon the roof
As she wondered where he'd gone
She quickly ran to the window
To see the commotion going on
Now Suzie knew the Schmitt family
They lived down a block or two
But what she saw before her eyes
Was a Santa she never knew
There sat the jolly old elf
Upon the ground, covered in snow
She could see he was mad
As he yelled out to the reindeer as so
"Damnit Blitzen, you are blitzed
And your friends, each a drunken louse!
How many times do I have to say
That I said the Schmitt house?"

Oh, how cute. I love Christmas. Or rather, I love the Christmas season. The actualy day is a kind of terrible let down. But I love decorating and putting up the Christmas tree and wrapping present and watching Grandma Got Run over by a Reindeer. This poem should be a Christmas tradition, too. Very funny.
May butterflies keep you.

Seeing as all poems do not nned to be written in meter or form or iambic anything, and nursery rhymes work too. Thanks for the comment anyways.

This is more like a song than a poem, cheesy dialoge, iambic pent and tetrameter. Like a nursery rhyme.
-
