She can’t see, her with eyes full of liquid
She can’t breathe, gasping for air
She can’t believe that she lost her love
She can’t accept that the person is not there
She’s living in a fantasy world
She can’t fight the reality
Living against the humanity
She’s loosing her sanity
And she’s living,
Dieing inside
Wanting to be with her love,
Wanting to die
She can’t be there with the love of her life
But it doesn’t feel right
She can’t understand,
Why she can’t find the light
She wants god in her life
She can’t have him or her love
She needs something to help her
Something to keep her sane again
She takes a Knife
Puts it against her neck
Fighting, but also Pushing,
All these forces collide
She can’t seem to get it together
She can’t seem to find herself inside
She clenches the knife to her hand
Bleeding slowly, dripping loudly
She cuts her major vein
Is this the end?, she says in her head sadly
She drops the knife to the ground
She can’t see, her eyes full of liquid
She can’t breathe, gasping for air
It’s for real this time
She’s the one who’s not there…

I like the suffocating air this poem has, it makes the emotions expressed stand out. It's a well written poem. Thank you for entering, and best of talent in the contest!

amazing
this is probably one of the best poems i have ever read. i think this is the best one you've written on allpoetry. wow. i love poems like these, very dramatic and depressing, but also about love. very twisted and aware. very nice job. i love to read your writing.
