Dash across, look straight ahead!
When you reach the end
Your past will be dead.
You have reached your dreams
Now what you must do
Is unpave the road and undo the beams.
Stripped and crippled, the bridge will fall
Seal your fate, once and for all.
Part with your troubles, all sealed in a bubble
That chased you so much, now beneath the rubble.
Move forward and join the world before your feet
A cast of new characters made by you to meet.
Now live your dreams in your imagination
What you accomplished was soul determination.
Chase what makes you happy
Drive what makes you crappy
Have someone by your side
Have a special place to hide
Explore all that you see
Be what you want to be
Do what you want to do
In this new world made by you
It is unreal, although it seems
but you've crossed the bridge
The bridge to your dreams.

ok
I think that line 3, verse 2 has too many syllables in it to go into the rhyme scheme you were trying for. What is soul determination? I like it when it's broken down into sections. Because at first you had a rhyme scheme at A-B-A, and then it just went to A-A. But then it went back. It's just weird how it jumps around. Have you ever tried free-verse poetry? You might like it better. I never liked it myself, I have to have some kind of flow in wordsm but it might work for you. I like King Cloud better.
