I don't need your protection anymore
Please lift this curse you placed over me
I'd like to thank you for it, but I won't
Because it did nothing for me
If anything, the attacks worsened
Like you wanted me dead
I lost faith in myself and others
Even you, the great protector
So lift the curse from my head
Let me stand alone
And I guarantee I'll be safer without you
