Calming warm daylight
Welcomes into its arms a cooler night
Stars light up the skies
Sprinkled hither-thither
For the reunion so perfect
As the sun in it’s crimson suit
Approaches angelic moon dressed in white
Winds play the violins
Other celestial bodies join in
To see the couple so audacious and gorgeous
The earth, the flowers and the trees
All join in to enjoy the gathering
The sunshine as a gentleman makes way for his lady, soft moonlight
Such perfected elegant entrance
That made sun, so bold, blush like a child
Spreading his crimson rays all over the place
Momentarily he shies away
Full moon hides behind clouds
Flirtatiously teasing him, seducing
The radiant sun into her open arms
To perform the love dance
Till the dark night strikes

The swan has sung the final song
Misty fog rises to the occasion
A final toast from the atmosphere
Blessing to render warm welcome
To the faultless love child of tranquility and radiance
The beautiful evening in the town
Heavenly reunion bliss, it is
But now it’s time to go apart
For the night dressed in darks
Has now entered the environs
To guard the universe
The radiant sun gently kisses his love goodbye
Wet mist falls, tears of going separate ways
With heavy heart, moon lets her love disappear
While she hides her tears peeking from behind the clouds
