Friends are like a diamond,
Glimmering and priceless.
Friends are like a piece of gold,
Worth more than you have.
Friends are like a star,
Lighting the way in the dark.
Friends are like an agent,
They've always got your back.
Friends are like a candle,
Lighting up your life.
Friends are like a puppy,
Always by your side.
Friends are like the sun,
Making you feel good inside.
Friends are like a rainbow,
Promises they behold.
Friends are like a car,
They help you follow your dreams.
Friends are like a saint,
Peaceful in the midst of pain.
Friends are like a 'copy cat,'
They feel your feelings with you.
A friend can be a lot of things,
This I know for sure...
but the friend that is the best of kind,
Loves you no matter what they endure!
