We live on this big round ball

And we never stopped to think about it.

What we do to her everyday

And we never stopped to think about it.

We use Atomic Bombs and Nuclear bombs

And we never stopped to think about it.

We pollute her atmosphere and oceans

And we never stopped to think about it.

We wage endless wars on her damaged lands

And we never stopped to think about it.

Now this round ball has turn to tide

And we never stopped to think about it.

She raised tidal waves and earthquakes

And we never stopped to think about it.

She sent hurricanes and tornadoes

And we never stopped to think about it.

She sent raging fires and flood waters

And we stopped to think about it.

Now what do you think will happen next

Think about it.

Thanks for your kind words as always. Yes it is true but by the time something is done I fear it will be to late. The goavernment in Europe are already admitting to global warming but noting so far had been done.

Thanks sbabopj but I think she is already starting to take out her revenge on us. The weather has really changed alot over the past few years. Longer winters and shorter summers. I think it is going to be a horid winter this year as well.

thoughtful of the earth
this is your best yet to me eople go about their everyday lives as tho it means nothing to them.the earth is our home all of ours home those that destroy dont care about us are our childrens future.its heart breaking buy what can we do but puy it in a poem.THANK YOU!

Powerfully good
Oh WOW! What a powerfully strong ending. I think about it A LOT and this is VERY sad to me. Insanity is when a person is a danger to others or self. Most peoples behavior is a danger to self and earth and IS CRAZY and thoughtless and destroying earth.
