All the signs of disregard
There’re none will grab the wheel
Always someone else’s fault
Blame is all too real

No respect; No pats on backs
The Truth just comes and goes
Lies work better than the facts…

If not too late - it’s close

No regard for other folk
No kindness found in deed
Very little “give a damn”,
combined with Hate and Greed

I don’t care: It’s not my fault
Who knows what’s right or wrong ?
Maybe it’s not over yet…
but it won’t be too long

Minorities now use the law
to steal our rights and lands
churches, colors, attitudes…
lie dying in their hands

Blind while killing freedoms,
wearing smiles and silly clothes -
Some would say it’s not too late…

but if it’s not, it’s close

I don’t have to: How ‘bout me ?
Who knows right from wrong ?

Maybe it’s not over yet…
But it won’t be too long…
.
.

Author notes

Think on this...
We're in a state of moral, political,
and religious decline, without doubt.
What kind of world will your kids be
growing up in? People... get ready, or
do whatever you can do to start turning
our world in a better direction....

I read once that someone asked St Francis of Assissi what he would do if the world were to end tomorrow. He answered that he would go on hoeing his garden. It was not apathy he expessed, but faith and works. The diligence, presence of mind and love which moved him speak volumes. We do not see; we do not hear...but there are voices crying in the dark.

This is definitely my favorite part. This work speaks to me, as I am sure it does to many others. Em, your works always bring my heart to the plate.

    Excellent, Powerful

As you pound into the world's ears, time ending is very close; and, specific global events have made this clear. You might be interested in an article I posted, "Pure Organic Logic," at www.bonnieq.gather.com Hope to see you there, bro!

As usual, your writing is flawless and full of power delivering a warning message. I pray at least a few people heed; for, as God said, "There must be an end," and that time has come to purge evil by fire: earth's final and permanent cleansing.

    Much love and hugs, SisB♥n

Beloved soul, don't you see: the world IS turning itself in a better direction: the decline of this civilization is the rise of Eternity. Rejoice and be focused: the Day is near.

    Love
