Such a beautiful smile you have
It distracts my every thought
Warming my heart and soul
My breath always being caught
Fascinating eyes you wear
Colors beyond my describing ability
Lost in the worlds they hold
Removing any of my mobility
The look you give to me
Holding me fixed and steady
A weakness overcoming my mind
Something for which I am never ready
On the outside, I am steady and calm
Look closer, the windows to my soul
Revealing a passion so untouchable
Gripping so hard not to lose control
A perfect touch you have
Wrecking the ever fighting senses
Yet warming my heart and skin
Shattering any and all pretenses
So drop your defenses
Stop your attempted offenses
Give into the moment and let all show
And together as one we shall grow....

Nice piece on the intoxicating effects of a lover's smile. Nice flow and rhyme.

I like this poem. It is well written and I really enjoyed reading it. I wonder who it's about? Who is it about? I miss you and I hope you're doing well. Chris and I have again.. moved!
