Belief

A withered ancient
Leans over the dried steam bed
Nature has moved on

Author notes

It was part of my dream today.

    Brief!

I see tree, but where lies the belief? That nature owns a merciless clock? Or that dreaming can lead to realizations? The picture is sharp, the statement unclear. To my eyes. But, then again, I have suffered head injuries.

    A really good piece

I like this a lot. Nature, never ever stops moving. This say's a lot in so few words. Keep writing.
