No problem sir, and to myself - I already know how signs must be read…
I was looking at policeman with a smile because I never drive too fast,
followed by his warning - Oh, yea, clean your lights, I can see some dust.
I am so happy, law was always by my side.
Ten minutes later another driver shoots by my left side, fast like a rocket
hits my car, driving like his poor brain was hidden in his pocket.
Policeman came, a half an hour we had to wait, to my office I was already late.
He said to me that everything will be ok but I must to keep my good faith.
I am so happy, law was always by my side.
Another day it takes me a time, for parking area I was looking like a fool
when cute guy in blue came frowned taking to me about driving school.
I found a place on the edge of grass by building site, it was pretty far but done,
when I was back my car wasn’t there, with a special truck it was gone.
I am so happy, law was always by my side.
I found my shed open and many important things just disappeared like a smoke,
To call the police was my duty but at the end everything were looking like a joke.
With million questions – who else has my key and maybe I gave it to some…
The're acting like I was guilty, I was thinking they'll ask for a print of my thumb.
I am so happy, law was always by my side.
I saw the same policeman smoking a joint by the wall, greetings and wide smile.
I had to pretend that I don’t see anything, to keep mouth shot was a tough trial.
Few days after his own chief found in his car some horse and white,
He was arrested only a week, for news he was smiling like he was a knight.
I am so happy, law was always by my side.
Saturday night, concert in town, voices like a thunderstorm, it was too loud,
nobody can’t complain for high noise because from police it was allowed.
Every day our guard police are sitting and drinking something what looks like a tea,
Their car at wrong place blocking mine, but they are taking a care about me.
I am so happy, law was always by my side.

I like the repeated line in here:
"I am so happy, law was always by my side."
Sometimes it has a slight air of scarcasm to it, and other times it seems sincere. It takes the poem in interesting directions according to the story preceding it. I think you have a good concept here, even if the wording is a bit awkward in places. Don't give up on this one, as you can always work on it until you're happy with it!

Thanks Lori, I am afraid that my muse was playing with me today. I am not satisfied with this poem, but now it is here and Tim will have the last word. I hope that I just do not disapoint him with this verses. Masterblaster is probably disapointed with my work.
