I have a little kitten
and her name is Katie Sue
she’s cute as she can be
with two eyes of deepest blue
She goes to sleep each morning
as the sun turns on it’s light
then scampers ‘round the house
every moment of the night
She plays with mommy’s ball of yarn
and teases neighbors' doggies
and if I’m not real careful
Katie eats up all my cookies
I love her so I’m sure you know
and she’s really very smart
she snuggles with me always
her purr just warms my heart

Oh this was a delightful read Dear. Kudos to this sweet little kitten. I miss having cats so much but can't have them where I live

How to bright up a day. I would give the cat some cookies! I aint a mean old man. Just like I share everything with Sophia. But I really dont think Sophia would like that little kitten, or it has to be as a toy. I have enjoyed it very much and that for a not really catman

This is very cute Sandi, and Katie Sue reminds me of a kitten we once had, who seemed like she was half monkey...
There is a little problem with apostrophes, its (possessive) and neighbors' (plural). Or I could be wrong.
