Hold me when the rain pours
Open my heart and all its doors
Whisper my name into my ear
And chase away all my fears
Lock your lips with mine
And let our fingers intertwine
Lay down with me on the ground
And just listen to our hearts pound
Just hold me, hold me tight
And lay next to me all through the night
And when the rain pours
Let me know you will knock on my heart’s doors
