Exploding within my empty space
Images of happiness
Love and beauty wrapped in grace
Like the flash in lightnings glimmer
In the darkness of the night
Scenes of love too fast to grasp
Through the echoes of my mind
Yet constant through the thunder
A feeling slows the rain
I sense you here beside me
Trying to ease out all my pain
I love you for the good times
And always in the bad
But I love you clearest of them all
For the times you hold my hand
And tell me softly, tenderly
Everything’s within my grasp
For guaranteed by love of you
All that I need, just ask
So with your hand in mine
All mountains overcome
Shielded by the love you give
No matter what may come
