A Little Bit Of Peace
Every one needs a place of peace.
Yet in this time when money is so short.
That sometimes is a very rare thing to have.
Well to all of you I wish to give this gift.
To have away to get just a little bit of peace.
I know that it will sound strange.
But if you do as I say.
With in the first or second time.
You too will have just a little bit of peace.
Find a picture of a place that to you,
Is the most peaceful place on Earth.
And then find somewhere to have just,
Five or ten minutes.
That is yours alone even if it is in the bathroom.
Now all of us are writer so,
We all have a imagination so put it to work.
Now know your picture so that,
You can see it in your mind’s eye.
Now when you get to the place that you have picked.
Close your eyes and put yourself there,
In the picture and in your mind’s eye,
See yourself there and enjoy it.
Soon you will find that you have a place,
That you can go to get a little bit of peace.
Now for me sometime the only time,
I have is when I am on the pot.
After you have done this four or five times.
It will get where it is like it is a short vacation.
So give it a try if you can.
Blessing to all of you.
And have a great little time of peace.

The first line is so true! However, as you go on to say, one need not have loads of money for a place- nature is still around somewhere- city park or back woods...
I think you may mean "to have a way" instead of "away"
If you want me to be picky I'd say some periods could be commas.
"Now all of us are writer so," should be "writers"
Anyways great "instructions" for meditation. -
I agree- "Every one needs a place of peace."
This is good advice- obviously you don't need tons of money or material possessions to find peace.
Just a couple small typos you may want to fix (sorry, it's the editor in me coming out, I don't mean to offend!)
"all of us are writer" should be "writers"
"a imagination" should be "an"
The reference to the bathroom lends a light humor to this

Gosh!!! I have to print this when I get some more ink. With the job hunting, watching the kids for my daughter and trying to catch up on everything and get organized in my life currently...well, I wish to thank you greatly for this loving gift of sharing this poem with me. -

Peace... something we all yearn for. A special place to carry us away, carefree of our problems and free from our worry, no hatred, no fighting,,just sweet content peace.

Thank you Rose, Oh how important that becomes soemtimes, I find mine in the kitchen washing dishes or while I am ironing any little job that doesnt need my mind and lets it roam free to places where it can just go and find soem peace, Thank you for sharing you view. Wonderful idea.
