Heartache can be controlled, hidden, medicated.
Love is as plain as day, it's the smile on your face.
I know you're smiling, everybody smiles inside.

Because it might be the sweetest pain you ever know.
The same which would rip your heart to shreds might mend the pangs of the past.
Might give meaning to a life which otherwise is without.
In the search all might crash and you fall to your knees but yet again with chaffed knees I rose to be able to smile again.
