A kiss of your lips brings my breath to life
In your heart bloom the unspoken words that I say
Words that I whisper become a love-song
while I love you, my Tulip, all night long
My love, every stroke of my hands makes you sigh
While I kiss your soul I watch your eyes
Your tender lips I kiss with fingers' touch
I kiss your face softly while you rest in my lap
Stars come alive in your hair so smooth
We sigh in the ears of the skies that move
Slowly I give my nocturnal, suave kiss
Slowly I give you your heavenly wish ...

So sweet a poem. I think it is great that you have translated something into English so that those of us who would not otherwise understand it can enjoy it too!

-
Exquisite
This is beautiful Myra; romantic love at its very best. A jewel in a word.
Soft smiles,

Oh Poet! I completely forgot all about this poem ... Thank you for reminding me of my work, and that of David, too ...
Ah. To be KISSED like this ... -
A kiss of your lips brings my breath to life
In your heart bloom the unspoken words that I say
Such delight: what more beautiful than a kiss blooming across the tongue where words linger, smiling silently.
Words that I whisper become a love-song
My Tulip, while I love you all night long
A continuation of the words, they slip into dance, into notes that flutter rhyme across petals: nice to see too the flower theme still fragrant.
My love, every touch of my hands makes you sigh
While I kiss your soul I watch your eyes
Sweet love: you write so well on this - the heart a well of understanding and passion. It will never dry. Spirituality too, soul kissing as lips kiss delight.
I kiss your tender lips with fingers' touch
I kiss your face softly while you rest in my lap
I like the repetition here, everything leading to the focus of the kiss while sighs rest within contentment.
Stars come alive in your hair so smooth
We sigh in the ears of the sky above
I love and I am sure many do, having their hair stroked - it is such a sensual experience.
Slowly I give my nocturnal, suave kiss
Slowly I give you the heaven, my love ...
And the kiss continues, kissing continues, the heaven's sing starlight.
A beautiful interpretation of a poem of another.

beautiful beautiful, I am sure that the original couldn't possibly be as lovely as this rendition of the thoughts...beautiful, Myra...

A classic romantic work this is, I can only imagine how eloquent this must be in Spanish, a language no stranger to romance. I salute your diversity and ambitious efforts Myra, you are a stellar example for the rest of us to follow. Thank you for being that.

A truely gentle and beautiful piece,
I wish I could speak every language upon this land, so not to miss the poetry I am blind to.
Myra, to translate the written word from one language to another takes knowledge and skill, but to translate a poem keeping the essence and art alive takes an angel.
I'm sure any author would gladly place his work in your skillful hands with complete faith.
