A Tear

A Tear

This treasured tear
A tapestry of my feelings
Within which lovers find
Tears  our
Gems of care
Always away the river
From deep
The blinded lioness led me
On the bank
Of the river of tears
Drinking the weary night is my emotion
Many the spirit led me to you
Away from the nightingale's complaint
Deep her own volumes involved
I nestle near it
Pourest thy love in memory yet
Nothing but ...
   A Tear.

    TENDER AND LOVELY!

What a wonderful way to express how our tears are a part of our heart I have shed more than my share in my life an probably always will.

    *tear*

This one almost made me cry! It is so sad and beautiful, and to top it all off, the day you wrote it was the day that my ex broke up with me... It was just days after our one-year, and I was messed up for a good, long time. Reading your poem brought back the fear and emptiness that I experienced in the months following the break. and it brought out a lot of feelings that I had let die. Thank you so much for writing this. All the best!

    Warmest wishes,

    Laura

I have only one thing to say and that would be "Bravo" even when your readers dont understand the meaning of your poetry I'll always will. There is always a hidden message between your words which only one person will ever understand. Wonderful wording and poetry.

    Wonderful muse

The flow of the river, the flow of life; all flows into the tears. The joy, the sadness and all you feel shines in the waters edge and flows in your depth. The River is....alive. Thank you for reminding me , as I have been lost in the rapids. Wonderful writng, Annie

    Outstanding

I liked a lot of the imagery in this poem which was excellent and all the depth and grace of this poem. You have a natural ability with words and I liked the simple flow of this poem.

Wow, no need to cry, pops!
But a tear can hold many things...it can even tell a story...
You have stories of love, and I can only experience them through the poems you write and the precious tears you let fall.
The purest thing in life is love, and you've had it and went through many...you have a strong heart...

    Hang in there, and smile.
