Best Friends

****************************************************
While chatting one day with my darling son we discussed world events and projected outcome. As I sat there listening to his point of view. I suddenly realized that to my baby boy this world had become so much more than a toy.

No longer a baby or even a child has grown to be someone so loving and kind. When I call him baby I know he won't mind. Although a young man, now with children and wife has always made welcome my part in his life.

His life has not always been easy nor fun but when looking for fairness and logic steadfast he is right at the top of a Small list I would ask. If by nature or nurture or perhaps some of both.
It's the person he is and the one yet to be when I look at my son

I can not help but see. That he is one in a million not just one in the crowd. Michael Aaron's his name and I feel lucky to claim he's as my baby, my son and a friend. I know that he loves me cause I'm mama you see. But an un_looked for blessing is that he also likes me.
