Lying on tables and counting stars

I was killing the pain
With every pill I slipped into my mouth
And I was lying down on tables
Watching the world spin round

Counting the stars is always hard
And even harder when you’re on drugs
The world is as fucked up as you want it to be
And to me it was coming undone faster and harder
Than the trip that I was on

You tried to save me with every breath
You breathed into my lungs
But I just didn’t want to accept it
Not without the smoke

Wake up darling
The sun is shining for you today
Come outside and play in the street
See which pretty car is moving fast enough
To take your life away

    Wonderful

awesome-ness! I somehow reminded me of that movie Girl; Interupted. It's like an opening to a greater story. Wonderful my dear!
